摘 要:专利质量与企业绩效的关系研究受到国内外学者的关注,但对于二者之间关系及其作用机理的研究尚缺乏大样本实证分析。利用2009-2016年全国30个省份高技术产业的面板数据,采用分层回归与分组回归的方法,探索了高技术产业专利质量与企业绩效的关系及其作用机制。实证结果表明:高技术产业专利质量对企业绩效有明显的促进作用。专利保护强度正向调节专利质量与企业绩效之间的关系。在经济发达地区,专利保护强度对专利质量与企业绩效具有较强的调节效应;在经济欠发达地区,专利保护强度对专利质量与企业绩效具有较弱的调节效应。Research on the relationship between patent quality and firm performance has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. However, the research in this field is still lack of large sample empirical analysis. Based on the panel data from 30 provincial high-tech industries from 2009 to 2016, with the methods of hierarchical regression and grouped regression,this paper explores the relationship between patent quality and firm performance in the high-tech industry and its mechanism.The empirical results show that the patent quality of high-tech industry has a significant effect on firm performance. Patent protection intensity positively moderates the relationship between patent quality and firm performance. In developed regions,patent protection intensity has a strong moderating effect on patent quality and firm performance. In less-developed regions,patent protection intensity has a weak moderating effect on patent quality and firm performance.
