奥美拉唑联合瑞巴派特方案对消化性溃疡患者疗效及炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究奥美拉唑联合瑞巴派特对消化性溃疡患者治疗效果以及炎症指标的影响,进一步分析治疗用药的安全性和有效性。方法选取2019年4月至2022年1月我院收治的60例消化性溃疡患者作为本次试验的对象,在60例患者中盲抽30例作为对照组,实施口服奥美拉唑治疗,其余30例作为试验组,在此基础上应用瑞巴派特进行治疗。对比两组患者溃疡愈合质量、治疗效果以及疾病不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者溃疡愈合质量、炎症指标以及胃肠激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,研究组患者黏膜形态质量显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗效果显著高于对照组患者,研究组为96.67%,对照组为73.33%,P<0.05。研究组患者在不良反应发生率方面相较于对照组略有提升,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组各项炎症指标在治疗后的变化均低于对照组,炎症问题得到缓解,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于消化性溃疡患者而言,经奥美拉唑联合瑞巴派特方案治疗能够取得较为显著的应用效果,可显著提升患者溃疡愈合质量,且不增加患者的不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of omeprazole combined with rebamipide on the inflammatory state of patients with peptic ulcer,and to further analyze the safety and efficacy of treatment.Methods From April 2019 to January 2022,60 patients with peptic ulcer were admitted to our hospital,which were treated as the subjects of this experiment,30 out of 60 patients were blindly selected as control group for oral omeprazole,and the remaining 30 patients were treated as experimental group,which was used.The quality of ulcer healing,treatment effect and the incidence of adverse disease reactions in group 2 were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the quality of ulcer healing,inflammatory index and gastrointestinal hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the recovery of mucosal morphology and structure in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.67%,73.33%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The changes of various inflammatory indexes in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the inflammation problem was relieved,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with peptic ulcer,the treatment of omeprazole combined with rebamipide regimen can achieve significant application effect,which can significantly improve the quality of ulcer healing in patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
