摘  要:注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, ADHD)是儿童学龄早期以多动/冲动和注意力不集中为主要特征的常患疾病.临床上单一治疗方法很难达到理想的治疗效果,药物是治疗ADHD儿童的首选方法,但由于其治疗的局限性,常需要结合认知行为治疗、感觉统合训练、脑电生物反馈治疗等来治疗ADHD儿童,以提高治疗的有效性.本文综述与分析国内药物联合脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD儿童的随机对照研究文献,主要通过比较联合治疗与单一对照治疗的疗效差异,探讨联合治疗的优势,并指出将来有待进一步研究的问题.Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common disease in the children of early school age, characterized by hyperactivity, impulsivity and lack of concentration. Clinically, it is difficult for a single treatment method to achieve the ideal treatment effect. Drugs are the first choice for the treatment of ADHD children. However, due to the limitations of its treatment, it is often necessary to treat ADHD children in combination with cognitive behavior therapy, sensory integration training, EEG biofeedback therapy and so on, so as to improve the effectiveness of treatment. This paper reviewed and analyzed the randomized controlled research literature of combined drugs and EEG biofeedback therapy for the treatment of ADHD children in China. The advantages of combination therapy were mainly discussed by comparing the efficacy differences between combination therapy to different single control therapies. Some problems were also be pointed out for further study in the future.
