摘　　要：目的分析线粒体内膜转位酶50(TIM50)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集85例胃癌患者的胃癌组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测TIM50的表达情况,对TIM50表达与胃癌患者临床特征及生存情况的关系进行分析。结果胃癌组织中TIM50高表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同病理分级胃癌患者的胃癌组织中TIM50表达情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、TNM分期、T分期、N分期、M分期胃癌患者的胃癌组织中TIM50表达情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。TIM50高表达与TIM50低表达胃癌患者的3年生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论TIM50在胃癌组织中高表达,且TIM50表达与病理分级有关,可作为新的胃癌早期诊治靶点,对评价胃癌恶性程度、早期诊断具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of translocase of inner mitochondrial membrane 50(TIM50)in gastric cancer tissues.Method The gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of 85 gastric cancer patients were collected,the expression of TIM50 was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression of TIM50 and the clinical characteristics and survival of gastric cancer patients were also analyzed.Result The up-regulation of TIM50 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the expression of TIM50 in gastric cancer tissues of gastric cancer patients with different pathological grades(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the expression of TIM50 in gastric cancer tissues of patients with different age,gender,tumor diameter,TNM stage,T stage,N stage and M stage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the 3-year overall survival of gastric cancer patients with TIM50 high expression compared with patients with TIM50 low expression(P>0.05).Conclusion TIM50 is upregulation in gastric cancer tissue,and the expression of this target is related to the pathological grade.Therefore,this molecule can be used as a new target for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer,which is of great significance for evaluating the malignant degree and early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
