摘  要:踏板感觉模拟器是线控制动系统的重要组成部分,踏板模拟器一旦严重磨损,可能导致制动液泄露,造成整个制动系统失效,但针对踏板模拟器缸壁磨损的数值计算目前还鲜有研究。该文基于Simulink与Fluent软件,结合动力学与计算流体力学方法,建立了踏板模拟器磨损行为的数值计算方法,根据计算的径向液动力预测了实际模拟器的缸壁磨损行为。结果表明,磨损的预测位置与实际位置完全相同,验证了该文建立的数值计算方法的有效性。The pedal feeling simulator is an important part of the brake by wire system.Once the pedal simulator is seriously worn,it may lead to the leakage of brake fluid and the failure of the whole brake system.However,there is little research on the numerical calculation of the cylinder wall wear of the pedal simulator.Based on Simulink and fluent software,combined with dynamics and computational fluid dynamics,this paper establishes a numerical calculation method for the wear behavior of pedal simulator,and predicts the cylinder wall wear behavior of the actual simulator according to the calculated radial hydrodynamic fbrce.The results show that the predicted position of wear is exactly the same as the actual position,which verifies the effectiveness of the numerical calculation method established in this paper.
