摘 要:三氟苯嘧啶是新型介离子类杀虫剂,用于防治稻飞虱等害虫。采用液液萃取和QuEChERS样品前处理方法,结合高效液相色谱技术建立水稻种植环境(水体、土壤和水稻植株和稻米)中三氟苯嘧啶的残留检测方法。结果表明:在水体中使用乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷体积比1∶1的混合溶液作为提取溶剂,在土壤和水稻中用乙腈作为提取溶剂、在净化方法上采用100 mg的PSA、C18体积比1∶1的吸附剂进行净化处理;配紫外检测器的HPLC,检测波长为233 nm时检测分析水稻中残留的三氟苯嘧啶,结果显示三氟苯嘧啶在水稻种植环境中的添加回收率为83.71%~102.38%,变异系数为1.84%~6.89%,最低检测限为0.01 mg·L^(-1)。这一研究为环境风险评估、农产品中三氟苯嘧啶的残留监测分析提供了科学方法,具有较高的生产指导意义。Triflumezopyrim was a new type of mesoionic insecticides,which was mainly used to control rice planthoppers,leafhoppers,etc.In this study,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)combined with liquid liquid extraction and QuEChERS pretreatment sample was used to establish a method for the determination of residue triflumezopyrim in rice planting environment(water,soil,rice plant and rice).The mixture of V∶V=1∶1 was used as extraction solvent in water,acetonitrile was used as extraction solvent in soil and rice.In the purification method,100 mg of m∶m=1∶1 adsorbent was used for purification;HPLC with UV detector was used to detect and analyze the residual triflumezopyrim in rice at 233 nm.The results showed that the recoveries of triflumezopyrim were 83.71%-102.38%,the coefficient of variation was 1.84%-6.89%,and the lowest detection concentration of rice planting environment was 0.01 mg·L^(-1).This study provides a scientific method for environmental risk assessment and monitoring and analysis of triflumezopyrim residues in agricultural products,and has great significance for production guidance.
