摘  要:为了实现小型化、结构对称、差分效果好的LC差分滤波器,以低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术为基础,以截止频率2.4 GHz为目标,设计出了一款低通差分滤波器。先通过ADS给出一个单端的LC滤波电路,再采用垂直螺旋式电感和垂直直插式电容相耦合的模型,在HFSS中仿真实现,最后利用差分电路原理将其转换成了差分结构的LC滤波器,设计并实现了截止频率为2.4 GHz,具有在通带内对共模信号的抑制超过-15 dB共模抑制特性的差分滤波器。该滤波器的结构简单,易于加工,整体尺寸为3.74 mm×1.28 mm×0.8 mm,而且仿真结果与理论值相符合。With miniaturized symmetrical structure,a low-pass differential filter with a cut-off frequency of 2.4 GHz was designed by using low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)technology.First,a single-ended LC filter circuit was designed by ADS software.Then a coupling model of vertical spiral inductor and a vertical in-line capacitor was adopted to implement simulation in HFSS software.Finally,the differential circuit principle was used to convert the LC filter into a differential structure LC filter,which realizes a differential filter with a cut-off frequency of 2.4 GHz and a common-mode signal suppression over-15 dB in the passband.The overall size of the filter is 3.74 mm×1.28 mm×0.8 mm,which is simple and easy for fabrication.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical values.
