摘　　要：文章通过辨析地方文献与地方文化的关系,阐述挖掘、弘扬地方文献中优秀传统文化价值的必要性,并以湖南图书馆弘扬地方文献中优秀传统文化价值为例,探析图书馆挖掘与弘扬地方文献中优秀传统文化价值的策略。By analyzing the relationship between local literature and local culture,this paper expounds the necessity of excavating and carrying forward the excellent traditional cultural value in local literature.Taking Hunan Library,which promotes the excellent traditional cultural value in local literature,as an example,this paper explores the strategy for libraries to promote the traditional cultural value in local documents.
