摘 要:为优化闸门结构设计以及防撞装置设计,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS进行分析,根据人字闸门的特点,分别建立了安装和未安装防撞装置的船闸人字门的有限元分析模型,得到了闸门在船舶撞击作用下主要受力构件的变形和应力状态,并对结果进行了对比分析。分析表明,安装防撞装置后,闸门受撞部位的最大应力和位移都有显著下降,使闸门减轻或免遭撞击破坏,得出人字门设计中需加强的部位和加强的方式。In order to optimize the structural design of the gate and the design of the anti-collision device,using the large-scale general finite element software ANSYS for analysis,according to the characteristics of the miter gate,the finite element analysis models of the Miter Gate of Ship Lock with and without collision-preventing device are established respectively,and the deformation and stress of the main stressed components of the gate under the impact of the ship are obtained,and the results are compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that after installing the anti-collision device,the maximum stress and displacement of the impacted part of the gate are significantly reduced,so as to reduce or avoid the impact damage of the gate,and the parts and methods to be strengthened in the design of miter gate are obtained.
