水表指示装置中字轮和牙轮的传动机构分析

摘　　要：在机械水表中,指示装置是记录用水量的重要部件,而该装置中负责显示用水量的字轮和牙轮是不完全齿轮机构。从理论分析入手,阐述字轮牙轮传动设计中字轮和牙轮尺寸的相互关系,并结合实际对字轮和牙轮的尺寸设计进行探讨,旨在为字轮牙轮传动机构的全新设计提供理论指导和依据。In the mechanical water meter,the indicating device is an important part for recording water consumption.The character wheel and tooth wheel in the indicating device are responsible for displaying water consumption which is belong to an incomplete gear mechanism.Based on the theoretical analysis and actual situation,this paper elaborates the dimensionrelation between character wheel and tooth wheel in detail,and discusses their size design,in order to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the new design of the word wheel and the tooth wheel transmission mechanism.
