高师生物专业植物学实验教学改革与实践

摘　　要：植物学实验是生物师范专业必修的专业基础实验课程。以培养生物师范生的植物学实验技能为依托,以“线上与线下结合”的模式开展教学活动;教学既要关注实验结果,又要重视实验过程;构建综合实验师范生成绩的评价体系,通过“对相关概念掌握的正确性、实验预习的完整性”“实验操作的正误”“综合实验的完成情况”三方面对综合实验进行评价。改革有效提高植物学实验的质量,达成教学目标,师范生的实验技能提高取得明显的效果。Botany Experimental is a compulsory professional experiment course of biology normal major.Based on the cultivation of botany experimental skills of biology normal students,the teaching activities are carried out in the mode of"combination of online and offline".Teaching not only pays attention to the experimental results,but also attaches importance to the experimental process.This paper constructs the evaluation system of normal students'comprehensive experimental performance,and evaluates the comprehensive experiment from three aspects including the correctness of mastering relevant concepts,the integrity of experimental preview,the correctness of experimental operation,and the completion of comprehensive experiment.The reform can effectively improve the quality of botany experimental,achieve the teaching objectives,and improve students'experimental skills.
