摘 要:发挥地方高等师范院校具有的区域优势,结合体育教育专业发展的过程和特点,在“以能力培养为主线,多向融通”的指导思想下,形成具有创新性的“以能力导向构建培养体系、以项目驱动搭建培养平台、以基地建设推动协同育人、围绕立德树人培养四有好教师”的专业实践育人模式,并有效解决学生创新实践师范能力不足、课程项目驱动能力欠缺、多元化人才培养融通能力缺乏等问题。使得体育教育专业人才培养质量稳步提升,学生创新师范能力逐渐增强;多元化人才培养融通能力流畅,人才培养能力显著增强;课内外一体化协同育人联动效果好,社会服务能力显著增强。Giving full play to the regional advantages of local teachers colleges and universities,combining the process and characteristics of the development of physical education specialty,and under the guiding ideology of"taking ability training as the main line and multi-directional integration",it has formed an innovative professional training model of"building a training system with ability-oriented,building a training platform with project-driven,promoting cooperative education with base construction,and training four-good teachers with virtue-oriented".It also effectively solves the problems such as the shortage of students'innovative and practical teacher training ability,the shortage of curriculum project driving ability,and the shortage of diversified talents training and communication ability.As a result,the training quality of physical education professionals has been steadily improved,and the ability of students to innovate in teacher training has been gradually strengthened;the training of diversified talents has been smooth,and the training of talents has been significantly enhanced;the integration of in-class and out-of-class education has achieved good results,the capacity of social service has been significantly enhanced.
