摘 要:分析了电驱动总成试验台架的工作原理、结构型式及其控制模式。基于AVL双测功机系统搭建了电驱动总成试验台架,提出了采用CAN总线技术实现电驱动总成系统台架主控系统对关键外围测量设备的统一集成控制以及主控系统对所有测量数据的时间同步采集和处理方法。基于所搭建的电驱动总成系统试验台架研究提出了电驱动总成系统的基本性能试验方法,并对试验方法进行了测试验证,试验方法及测试结果为电驱动总成系统开发与整车传动系统构型配置奠定了数据基础。The working principle,structural type and control mode of the electric drive assembly test bench were analyzed.Based on the AVL dual dynamometer system,the electric drive assembly test bench was built,and the CAN bus technology was proposed to realize the unified integrated control of the main control system of the electric drive assembly system bench to the key peripheral measurement equipment,as well as the time synchronous acquisition and processing method of all measurement data by the main control system.Based on the research on the test bench of electric drive assembly system,the basic performance test method of electric drive assembly system was proposed,and the test method was tested and verified.The test method and test results lay a data foundation for the development of electric drive assembly system and the configuration configuration of vehicle transmission system.
