摘 要:为了提高石油深井钻机井架抵御自然灾害的能力,通过实验和仿真技术明确其结构在地质灾害下的破坏形式很有必要。借助动力学仿真分析软件ABAQUS对ZJ70D深井钻机K型井架在不同地震载荷下的动态响应进行分析研究,包括建立其仿真模型及相关模态分析和地震时程分析。最后对该井架缩尺比为1:10的相似模型进行了模态试验,通过对比试验与仿真结果,发现前5阶频率的最大偏差为9.66%,说明井架仿真模型能准确反映原型的动力特性,采用该模型进行地震时程分析的结果具有一定的参考价值。In order to improve the ability of the derrick of oil deep well drilling rig to resist natural disasters,it is necessary to clarify the damage form of its structure under geological disasters through experiments and simulation technology.The dynamic response of K-type derrick of deep well drilling rig(ZJ70D)under different seismic loads was analyzed and studied by means of dynamic simulation analysis software ABAQUS,including the establishment of its simulation model,relevant modal analysis and seismic time history analysis.Finally,a modal test was carried out on a similar model with a scale ratio of 1:10.Through comparing the test results with the simulation results,it was found that the maximum deviation of the first 6 frequencies was 9.66%,indicating that the derrick simulation model can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the prototype.The results of seismic time history analysis using this model have certain reference value.
