摘  要:针对一款进气歧管喷射的废气涡轮增压汽油机建立了一维性能的仿真计算模型,进行了不同进排气包角对汽油机性能影响的优化仿真计算及对比研究,并对优化结果进行了试验验证。研究结果表明,所建立的一维性能计算容腔模型和管道模型均能满足计算精度要求,其中容腔模型更为准确;汽油机低速运行时,应采用较大的进气包角和较小的排气包角,而汽油机高负荷运行时,采用尽可能大的进气包角和较大的排气包角能获取更为优越的经济性和动力性;汽油机转速、进气量以及循环残余废气量是汽油机性能变化的重要影响因素。For port fuel injection turbocharged gasoline engine,one dimensional model was established,and comparing research about effects of different intake and exhaust event angle on gasoline engine performances have been done by means of optimizing simulation.Bench testing was done to review the optimized results.The results show that the chamber and pipe model can both meet the accuracy requirements of calculation,and the chamber model has better accuracy.When operating at low speed,bigger intake event angle and smaller exhaust angle should be adopted,while at high speed,bigger exhaust event angle and suitable bigger intake event angle can be chosen to get improved economic and power performances.The engine speed,flow mass and cyclical residual gas are of significant factors which influence its performances.
