摘 要:为了解决永磁同步电机中高速滑模观测器无传感器控制系统的抖动问题,提出一种在零点连续的分段复合型函数代替在零点不连续的开关函数的方法,重新设计滑模观测器以减小抖动。滑模观测器以电机的定子电流和定子电压为输入量,以电机的转子位置角度和转速为输出量,选用三相永磁同步电机,采用速度和电流的双闭环磁场定向矢量控制方法。在Matlab/Simulink中搭建新型滑模观测器的仿真模型,通过和传统观测器对比分析,验证了新型滑模观测器能够有效的抑制系统的抖动,证明了该方法的可行性和优越性。In order to solve the jitter problem of the sensorless control system of the high-speed sliding mode observer in the permanent magnet synchronous motor,a method of replacing the discontinuous switching function at the zero point with a piecewise composite function that is continuous at the zero point is proposed,and the sliding mode observer is redesigned to Reduce chattering.The sliding mode observer takes the stator current and stator voltage of the motor as input and the rotor position angle and speed of the motor as output.It selects a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and adopts a double closed-loop field-oriented vector control method of speed and current.The simulation model of the new sliding mode observer was built in Matlab/Simulink,and the comparison and analysis with the traditional observer verified that the new sliding mode observer can effectively suppress the chattering of the system,and proved the feasibility and superiority of the method.
