摘  要:在“双碳”目标下,新能源发电并网得到快速发展,由于新能源电力电子系统不具备传统同步发电机的转动惯量和阻尼,无法为电网提供频率支撑,所以逆变器并网系统采用虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)控制。传统固定转动惯量和阻尼系数的VSG控制无法更好地提高系统的暂态性能,所以该文将模糊控制和VSG控制相结合。首先通过建立VSG的数学模型,分析转动惯量和阻尼分别对有功功率震荡和频率震荡的影响;然后通过模糊控制根据频率偏差和频率变化率来自适应变化惯量和阻尼;最后通过Simulink与其他自适应控制对比仿真,验证了所提控制策略对于有功功率和频率震荡均有很好的抑制效果。Under the“dual carbon”goal,the grid-connection of new energy power generation develops rapidly.Because the new energy power electronic system does not have the rotational inertia and damping of the traditional synchronous generator and cannot provide frequency support for the power grid,the grid-connection system of the inverter adopts the virtual synchronous generator(VSG)control.The traditional VSG control with fixed moment of inertia and damping coefficient can not improve the transient performance of the system better,so the paper combines fuzzy control with VSG control.Firstly,the VSG mathematical model is established to analyze the influence of inertia and damping on active power oscillation and frequency oscillation respectively.Then,fuzzy control is used to adapt to changing inertia and damping according to frequency deviation and frequency change rate.Finally,through Simulink and other adaptive control simulation,it is verified that the proposed control strategy has good suppression effect on active power and frequency oscillation.
