摘  要:为提升高频电磁加热供暖系统输出功率调节的稳定性和快速性,该文提出了一种基于支持向量回归的逆变器输出功率预测控制策略。首先建立高频电磁加热供暖系统输出功率的数学模型,确定影响逆变器输出功率的主要变量;然后建立基于支持向量回归的逆变器输出功率预测模型;随后将预测模型和模拟退火优化算法结合,提出一种高频电磁加热供暖系统的输出功率预测控制策略。通过与传统PID控制策略进行对比仿真验证,所提出的预测控制策略可以准确且快速地跟踪逆变器输出功率设定值,证明了该策略的可行性和有效性。In order to improve the stability and rapidity of output power regulation of high-frequency electromagnetic heating system,this paper proposes a power prediction control strategy of inverter based on support vector regression.Firstly,a mathematical model of the output power of the high-frequency electromagnetic heating system is established to determine the main variable affecting the output power of the inverter.Secondly,a prediction model of the inverter output power based on support vector regression is established.Then,the prediction model and the simulated annealing optimization algorithm are combined,a predictive control strategy for output power of electromagnetic heating system is proposed.Compared with the traditional PID control strategy,the proposed predictive control strategy can accurately and quickly track the inverter output power setting value,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy.
