摘  要:钢铁行业用电设备运行情况直接关系到钢铁生产质量和效率。为了能够及时发现用电设备异常,保证设备正常运行,该文设计了一款基于红外图像钢铁行业用电设备状态自动监测系统。该系统通过红外热像仪采集现场用电设备红外图像,通过蓝牙无线传输模块将图像传输到上位机当中,利用MCU芯片运算能力,执行用电设备红外图像预处理程序、异常区域定位程序、状态类型识别程序以及状态异常预警程序,实现钢铁行业用电设备状态自动监测。结果表明,所设计系统应用下,钢铁厂的制冷设备状态存在异常,异常类型为套管出线线夹过热,并且已经达到故障程度,亟待维修和处理。The operation of electric equipment in iron and steel industry is directly related to the quality and efficiency of iron and steel production.In order to find the abnormality of electric equipment in time and ensure the normal operation of the equipment,an automatic monitoring system for the state of electric equipment in iron and steel industry based on infrared image is designed.The system collects the infrared image of the on-site electric equipment through the infrared thermal imager,transmits the image to the upper computer through the Bluetooth wireless transmission module,and uses the computing power of MCU chip to execute the infrared image preprocessing program,abnormal area positioning program,state type identification program and state abnormal early warning program of the electric equipment in the iron and steel industry,so as to realize the automatic monitoring of the state of the electric equipment in the iron and steel industry.The results show that under the application of the designed system,there are abnormalities in the state of the refrigeration equipment in the iron and steel plant.The abnormal type is that the casing outlet clamp is overheated,and has reached the fault degree,which needs to be repaired and handled urgently.
