摘  要:针对压裂机组在线加油的需求,设计了连续加油装置控制系统,进行了PID算法和控制方法研究,确保了稳定供油、持续作业的需求。该系统借用压裂车通讯网络,采用TCP/IP协议建立了主-从站数据交互;通过建立数据库连接实现了数据的记录、查询、分析。就地操作站和远程手持式操作终端的双重设计,使操作更灵活、方便。现场试验结果表明,启动一键式加油程序后,在10 s左右实现了供油回路和回油回路的压力动态平衡,验证了控制算法和设计输入。According to the demand of on-line refueling of fracturing unit,the continuous refueling device control system is designed,and the PID algorithm and control method are studied to ensure the demand of stable oil supply and continuous operation.The system uses the fracturing truck communication network and TCP/IP protocol to establish the master-slave data interaction.Through the establishment of database connection,the data recording,query and analysis are realized.The dual design of local operation station and remote handheld operation terminal makes the operation more flexible and convenient.The field test results show that after starting the one button refueling program,the pressure dynamic balance of oil supply circuit and oil return circuit is realized in about 10 s,and the control algorithm and design input are verified.
