摘 要:为探讨高光谱成像技术在茶叶领域的研究现状,及其未来研究发展趋势,基于中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库收录的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行国家、作者和关键词可视化分析,反映该研究内容的国家、作者影响力,总结梳理其应用研究方向。结果表明,对该研究领域报道最多的国家依次为中国、日本、美国,中国发文量占78%;英文文献作者中宁井铭学者影响力最深,中国学者国内外交流不密切;茶叶栽培与加工是集中应用的领域,栽培领域主要包括植物营养信息获取、病虫害检测等方向,种类识别、品质鉴别是加工中的两大应用方向。茶叶产品品质鉴别、茶园精细化管理是未来的研究方向。To investigate the current status and research trend of hyperspectral imaging technology in tea,based on relevant literatures in the database of CNKI andWeb of Science,visual analysis of country,author and key words was conducted by using CiteSpace software to reflect the influence of country and author,and summarize the application research direction.The results show that the top three countries reporting the most research area were China,Japan,and the United States,with China accounting for 78% of the total number of publications.Among the authors of English literature,Ning Jingming had the greatest impact,and Chinese scholars did not communicate closely at home and abroad.Tea cultivation and processing were the fields of concentrated application.Tea cultivation mainly included plant nutrition information acquisition,detection diseases and pests.Cultivar and species identification and quality identification were two major application directions in processing.The quality identification of tea products and the refined management of tea plantation are the future research directions.
