摘 要:本研究采用两种方法提取‘Marc’枇杷果肉中的萜类化合物,并利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术分析鉴定提取物中的萜类化合物组分及峰面积。结果表明,方法一(无水乙醇+超声提取、浓缩+甲醇溶解+70%甲醇+涡旋)的提取物中鉴定到萜类化合物39种,方法二(70%甲醇+涡旋)的提取物中鉴定到萜类化合物15种;两者共有化合物相对含量也存在差异,方法一比方法二提取枇杷果肉萜类化合物的效果更好,且提取出的相对含量高出11.8~943.3倍。In this study,two different methods were used to extract the terpenoids from the fresh of Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.cv Marc,and UPLC-MS/MS was used to determine the compounds of terpenoids and their peak areas.The results showed that a total of 39 compounds of terpenoids were identified using the first method with anhydrous ethanol,ultrasonic extraction,concentration methanol dissolution and 70%methanol combined with vortex.A total of 15 compounds of terpenoids were identified using the second method with 70%methanol combined with vortex.The relative contents of common substances between the two methods were also different.The effect using the first method was better than that using the second method and the relative content using the first method was 11.8~943.3 times higher than using the second method.
