电商扣点率影响下E-供应链协调机制研究

摘　　要：考虑将拥有自建物流体系的电商平台作为E-供应链系统的决策成员,研究电商扣点率、综合服务水平及物流服务价格对供应链成员决策的影响,最后通过佣金协调机制的设计实现供应链的协调.首先构建了 E-供应链的分散决策模型与集中决策模型,针对每种模型来确定供应链各成员的最优决策并对不同决策结果进行比较分析;其次,在上述基础上设计佣金协调机制.研究结果表明:随着电商扣点率的增加,物流服务价格会逐渐降低,综合服务水平会逐渐增大,商品的销售价格会逐渐降低;不同决策模式下,存在最优决策使得E-供应链系统中的各成员利润达到最优;佣金协调机制可以实现E-供应链的整体协调.最后,采用数值分析对结论进行验证.Considering the e-commerce platform with self-established logistics system as the decision-making member of e-supply chain system,this paper studied the influence of e-commerce deduction,rate,comprehensive service level and logistics service price on the decision-making of supply chain members,and realized the coordination of supply chain through the design of commission coordination mechanism.Firstly,the paper constructs the decentralized and centralized decision models of e-supply chain,determines the optimal decision of each member of the supply chain according to each model,and compares and analyzes the different decision results.Secondly,design commission coordination mechanism on the basis of the above.The results show that:with the increase of e-commerce deduction rate,the price of logistics service will gradually decrease,the level of comprehensive service will gradually increase,and the selling price of commodities will gradually decrease.Under different decision modes,there exists-an optimal decision to optimize the profits of each member in the e-supply chain system.Commission coordination,mechanism can realize the overall coordination of e-supply chain.Finally,the conclusion is verified by numerical analysis.
