摘 要:交通运输是大气污染物和二氧化碳排放的重点领域之一,协同控制是推动交通运输高质量和绿色低碳发展的重要途径。本研究建立了基于排放因子的大气污染物和二氧化碳减排量核算方法,以柴油轻型货车为评估基准线,评估内蒙古自治区新能源物流车推广的协同控制效果。研究结果表明:自2015年以来,随着新能源物流车保有量迅速提升,协同控制效果显著,2021年CO、HC、NO_(x)、PM_(2.5)、CO_(2)的减排量分别为32.75、4.12、49.57、0.27、5261吨/年。Transportation is one of the key areas of air pollutants and carbon dioxide emissions.Co-control of air pollutants and carbon dioxide is an important way to promote high-quality,green and low-carbon development of transportation.This study establishes the accounting method of air pollutants and carbon dioxide emission reduction based on emission factor method,and takes diesel light trucks as the evaluation benchmark to evaluate the effect of co-control of promoting new energy logistics vehicles in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The research results show that:the effect of co-control of air pollutants and carbon dioxide is remarkable,withthe rapid increase of new energy logistics vehicles since 2015.In 2021,the emission reductions of CO,HC,NO_(x),PM_(2.5),and CO_(2) are 32.75,4.12,49.57,0.27,and 5261 t/a respectively.
