新疆春风90A在新疆公路沥青路面中的适用性研究

摘　　要：本文借助UTM试验机对春风90A和某90A两种沥青AC-25混合料的力学参数和路用性能进行对比研究,提出了春风90A沥青包括气候区、道路等级、结构层等的适用范围。试验结果表明:春风90A沥青混合料在高温下抗变形性能优于某沥青混合料;两种优质沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能较为接近。春风90A沥青可适应新疆气候分区I区、Ⅱ区重型交通路面的上面层和Ⅲ区、Ⅳ区特重型交通路面的中面层,以及各气候分区的各交通等级的下面层。In this paper,the mechanical parameters and road performance of two kinds of asphalt AC-25 mixtures,Chunfeng 90A and another 90A,are comparatively studied by UTM testing machine,and the application scope of Chunfeng 90A asphalt including climate zone,road grade,structure layer and so on is put forward.The test results show that the anti-deformation performance of Chunfeng 90A asphalt mixture is better than that of another asphalt mixture under high temperature,and the anti-cracking performance of two kinds of high quality asphalt mixture is close to each other at low temperature.The asphalt of Chunfeng 90A can adapt to the upper layer of the heavy-duty traffic pavement in zone I and Zone II and the middle layer of the heavy-duty traffic pavement in Zone III and zone IV,as well as the lower layer of the traffic grade of each climatic zone in Xinjiang.
