摘  要:以转向架悬挂系统为例,分析在转向架悬挂系统增加电子悬停对悬挂性能的影响。运用键合图方法对自动控制、机械混合系统进行建模,然后利用20-sim对仿真模型进行求解。研究结果表明,增加电子悬停可以帮助提升悬挂系统的性能。与传统的单领域系统相比,键合图方法能够灵活构建自动控制、机械多领域的混合系统。构建的混合系统可利用20-sim软件进行仿真,验证了这种建模分析方法的可行性与优越性。Taking the bogie suspension system as an example, we analyzed the influence of adding an electronic control suspension system to bogie suspension system on the suspension performance. The automatic control and mechanical hybrid system is modeled by a power bond graph method, and then the simulation model is solved by 20-sim software. The results show that the electronic control suspension system can help improve the performance of the suspension system. Compared with the traditional single system, the bond graph method can flexibly construct an automatic control and mechanical hybrid system. The hybrid system can be simulated by 20-sim software, which verifies the feasibility and superiority of the method.
