运动场地用酚胺醛树脂起始剂的性能研究

摘　　要：我国体育事业发展越来越迅速,体育运动器材的材料备受关注,同时运动场地的材料是最重要的。本文对运动场地使用的原材料进行分析,采用天然茶多酚和甲醛、二乙烯三胺反应,合成了一种新型的酚胺醛树脂起始剂。通过对反应时间、反应温度和反应效果等进行研究,分析其对酚胺醛树脂的产量的影响;同时,分析酚胺树脂起始剂的物理性质,与水是否溶解,是否有粘连现象等问题。China s sports industry is developing rapidly,and the materials of sports equipment have attracted much attention,and the materials of sports venues are the most important.This paper studies and analyzes the raw materials used in sports venues.Using natural tea polyphenols,formaldehyde and diethylenetriamine to react together,a new type of phenolamine-formaldehyde resin initiator is synthesized.By studying the reaction time,reaction temperature and reaction effect,the influence on the yield of phenolic aldehyde resin is analyzed.At the same time,analyze the physical properties of the phenolamine resin initiator,whether it dissolves with water,whether there is adhesion phenomenon and other issues.
