摘 要:以神经网络为载体设计了工业电弧炉控制系统,并针对性测试了系统实际效益。结果表明,在引进神经网络控制系统后,工业电弧炉效率得到了明显提升,电力消耗也显著降低,对于不同配比电弧炉料,点弧更加精确,相较于既有系统,运行效率实现了有效提升;以神经网络为基础的工业电弧炉控制算法不仅可行且安全稳定。Due to the increasing energy demand in China,the application of resources is becoming increasingly tense.Effectively reducing the smelting consumption of electric arc furnace has gradually evolved into the focus of energy conservation and consumption reduction in China's metallurgical industry,and it is also the key to improve the comprehensive operation efficiency of electric arc furnace.Therefore,the control system of industrial electric arc furnace is designed based on neural network,and the actual benefits of the system are tested.The results show that after the introduction of neural network control system,the efficiency of industrial electric arc furnace has been significantly improved and the power consumption has been significantly reduced.For different proportion of electric arc furnace charge,the arc ignition is more accurate,and the operation efficiency has been effectively improved compared with the existing system;the control algorithm of industrial electric arc furnace based on neural network is not only feasible,but also safe and stable.
