摘 要:为深入研究《黄帝内经》中“热胜则肿”的内涵,解析热胜为什么导致“肿”证的理论问题,文章结合玄府气液学说,阐释了“热胜则肿”的病机演变过程。热伤玄府是“肿”证的主要病因,玄府郁闭、热气怫郁、水湿泛滥是“肿”证的核心病机特点。以“风水”“阳水”的诊治为例,进一步论证了“热胜则肿”理论的临床应用价值。In order to explore the profound connotation of the theory of ‘excessive heat leads to swelling’ in the Huangdi Neijing, and to answer the theoretical question why excessive heat leads to ‘swelling’, Based on the theory of Xuanfuqi-liquid, the pathogenesis evolution of ‘excessive heat leads to swelling’ was explained. The direct pathogenic factor of ‘swell’syndrome is that heat impairs Xuanfu-qi-liquid, the pathogenesis evolution of ‘excessive heat leads to swelling’ was explained.The direct pathogenic factor of ‘swell’ syndrome is that heat impairs Xuanfu, and the core pathogenesis characteristics of ‘swell’syndrome is that Xuanfu closing, heat qi depression and water dampness flooding. Taking the diagnosis and treatment of ‘Feng Shui’ and ‘yang-edema’ as examples, the clinical application value of the theory of ‘excessive heat leads to swelling’ was further demonstrated.
