摘　　要：巨噬细胞活化综合征(MAS)是继发于多种风湿性疾病的临床少见急危重症。文章应用温病学卫气营血理论,结合张鸣鹤教授的中医思辨与实践过程,分析与探讨MAS的中医病因病机、治则治法以及遣方用药原则,阐述MAS的病情发展变化与温病理论的卫气营血传变规律有相似之处、运用卫气营血辨证体系可以对MAS进行有效的辨证论治,为中医药治疗危重病提供新思路。Macrophage activation syndrome(MAS)is a rare clinical acute and critical disease secondary to various rheumatic diseases.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and prescription of MAS in TCM were analyzed and discussed by applying the theory of epidemic febrile disease.There is a similarity between the evolution of the disease course of MAS and the theory of Wei Qi and Ying blood of febrile disease theory,and that the syndrome differentiation system of Wei Qi and Ying blood of febrile disease theory can be used for effective syndrome differentiation and treatment of MAS,providing a new idea for the treatment of critical diseases with Traditional Chinese medicine.
