摘　　要：目的探讨DSA三维重建成像在妇产科介入诊疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2021年3月至2022年2月在安徽省妇幼保健院行DSA检查患者46例(92侧),采用随机信封法分为观察组与对照组。观察组(25例)使用三维DSA技术,对照组(21例)使用常规DSA技术,对两组对比剂用量、X线照射时间、X线辐射剂量、手术时间进行对比分析。结果观察组的对比剂用量、X线照射时间、X线辐射剂量、手术时间分别为(22.0±3.2)ml、(11.1±2.3)min、(127.3±7.5)mGy、(12.3±2.3)min,对照组的对比剂用量、X线照射时间、X线辐射剂量、手术时间分别为(41.2±4.7)ml、(21.6±5.8)min、(363.0±20.9)mGy、(35.4±6.8)min,两组各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DSA三维重建成像下操作可降低对比剂用量及辐射剂量,缩短手术时间,在妇产科介入诊疗中具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of DSA three-dimensional reconstruction imaging in interventional diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 46 patients(92 sides)who underwent DSA examination in Anhui Province Maternity and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the obs ervation group and the control group by random envelope method.The observation group(25 cases)received three-dimensional DSA technology,and the control group(21 cases)received conventional DSA technology.The dosage of contrast agent,X-ray exposure time,X-ray radiation dose and operation time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The contrast dosage,X-ray exposure time,X-ray radiation dose,operation time in observation group were(22.0±3.2)ml,(11.1±2.3)min,(127.3±7.5)mGy,(12.3±2.3)min,the contrast dosage,X-ray exposure time,X-ray radiation dose,operation time in control group were(41.2±4.7)ml,(21.6±5.8)min,(363.0±20.9)mGy,(35.4±6.8)min,the difference of each index had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion DSA three-dimensional reconstruction imaging can reduce the amount of contrast agent and radiation dose,shorten the operation time,it is of great significance in interventional diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology.
