全面健康教育对妇女乳腺癌预防保健认知的影响

摘　　要：目的分析对妇女予以全面健康教育对乳腺癌预防保健认知的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月青岛市黄岛区妇幼保健院的550例妇女,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各275例。对照组予以常规健康教育,试验组予以全面健康教育,对干预效果(预防保健认知、满意度)进行比较和分析。结果试验组干预后预防保健认知(预防措施、护理方法、诊疗方法、基础知识)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇女予以全面健康教育可提升预防保健认知水平,对乳腺癌预防意义重大,建议推广。Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive health education on breast cancer prevention and health care for women.Methods The 550 women from the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huangdao District in Qingdao City from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups,275 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the experimental group was given comprehensive health education.The intervention effects(preventive care cognition and satisfaction)were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of preventive health care cognition(preventive m easures,nursing methods,diagnosis and treatment methods,and basic knowledge)in the experimental group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was stati stically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive health education for women can improve the awareness level of preventive health care,which is of great significance to breast cancer prevention,and it is recommended to promote it.
