摘　　要：目的 了解乡村医生参加乡村全科执业助理医师资格考试的现状,分析可能存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议。方法 2021年4—9月,通过比例抽样和分层多阶段整群抽样相结合的方法,采用自行设计调查问卷对我国4省(直辖市、自治区)58个乡镇925名乡村医生参加乡村全科执业助理医师资格考试的情况进行问卷调查。结果?本次调查中,有32%的乡村医生参加过乡村全科执业助理医师资格考试,乡村医生未参加考试的首要原因是年龄偏大;有52%的乡村医生通过了乡村全科执业助理医师资格考试,乡村医生未通过考试的主要原因是医学综合笔试难度较大;未通过乡村全科执业助理医师资格考试的人中,愿意再次参加考试的占比47.4%,愿意接受考前培训的占比64.9%。结论 乡村医生年龄偏大,学历层次偏低;乡村医生执业激励机制和考前培训制度不完善;应进一步加强乡村医生队伍建设,完善执业激励机制,为乡村医生参加乡村全科执业助理医师资格考试提供专业培训。Objective To understand the current situation of rural doctors taking part in the Rural General Practice Assistant Physician Licensing Examination,analyze the possible problems,and put forward corresponding policy suggestions.Methods From April to September 2021,we used proportional sampling and multi-stage stratified cluster sampling methods in the self-designed questionnaires,in order to survey 925 rural doctors in 58 townships in 4 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China on their participation in the Rural General Practice Assistant Physician Licensing Examination.Results Within the surveyed group,32%of the rural doctors have taken the qualification examination of Rural General Practice Assistant Physician Licensing Examination,and the rest did not take the examination for their age.48%of the rural doctors passed the examination,and the rest did not pass the examination for the difficulty of the comprehensive written examination in medicine.Among those who did not pass the Rural General Practice Assistant Physician Licensing Examination,47.4%were willing to take the exam again,and 64.9%were willing to receive pre-exam training.Conclusion The group of rural doctors is relatively old and the educational level is relatively low.The incentive mechanism and pre-examination training system for rural doctors are still need to be improved.It is necessary to further strengthen the construction of the rural doctor team,improve the practice incentive mechanism,and provide professional training for rural doctors to participate in the Rural General Practice Assistant Physician Licensing Examination.
