摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨骨髓增殖性肿瘤患者体内血清间接胆红素(serum indirect bilirubin,IBIL)与血小板(platelet count,PLT)的关系,为临床治疗骨髓增殖性肿瘤提供新思路。方法采用相关分析寻找真性红细胞增多症(polycythemia vera,PV)和原发性血小板增多症(essential thrombocythemia,ET)的血小板和间接胆红素的相关性,回归分析血小板的影响因素。结果在ET和PV中,(1)PT<1000×10^(9)/L时,PLT与IBIL呈负相关。(2)多元线性回归分析进一步表明,当血小板低于1000×10^(9)/L时,IBIL对PLT可能有独立负向影响。结论在机体内,间接胆红素水平对ET和PV的血小板计数的影响是负向的,但有一定限度。基于胆红素和炎症的研究,可能会带来一种全新的治疗思路。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between IBIL and PLT in patients with MPN,and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of myeloproliferative tumor.Methods Correlation analysis was used to find the correlation between PV,ET platelets and indirect bilirubin,and regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of platelets.Results(1)When PT<1000×10^(9)/L,there is a negative correlation between PLT and IBIL.(2)Regression analysis further showed that the level of IBIL might have a negative effect on the PLT of ET and PV when the platelet was lower than 1000×10^(9)/L.Conclusion The effect of indirect bilirubin on platelet count of ET and PV is negative,but the effect is limited.The research based on bilirubin and inflammation may bring us a new way of treatment.
