摘　　要：目的 探讨基于事件驱动的智能辅助决策在提高医院行政总值班效能的应用成效。方法 在OA系统中引入基于事件驱动的智能辅助引擎,采用非同期对照方法,比较使用智能辅助引擎前后6个月行政人员辅助决策知识的知晓率和问题处理有效率。结果 在辅助决策的知晓情况方面,两组总分及各维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。在问题处理有效率方面,两组各维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 基于事件驱动的智能辅助引擎,提高了行政总值班的工作效率及处理问题的能力,保障了医院的运行。Objective To explore the application effect of event-driven intelligent auxiliary decision-making in improving the efficiency of hospital administrative duty. Methods An event-driven intelligent assistant engine was introduced into the OA system, and the non-concurrent comparison method was used to compare the awareness rate of auxiliary decisionmaking knowledge and problem-handling efficiency of administrative staff before and after using the intelligent auxiliary engine for 6 months. Results In terms of the awareness of auxiliary decision-making, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the total scores and each dimension scores(p<0.05). In terms of problem-handling efficiency, there were statistically significant differences in the scores of each dimension between the two groups(p<0.05). Conclusion Based on the event-driven intelligent auxiliary engine, the work efficiency of the administrative duty and the ability to deal with problems are improved, and the operation of the hospital is guaranteed.
