摘 要:目的 观察峰值体验管理模式在新入职护士培训中应用及效果,为临床护理带教和护理管理提供参考。方法 按入院时间先后,选取新入职护士为研究对象,将2019年入职的63名护士作为观察组,采用传统培训模式;将2020年入职的72名护士作为干预组,采用传统模式+基于峰值体验的管理模式进行培训。对比两组护士在工作一年后的护士领导力,包括人际交往能力、沟通能力、评判性思维能力、计划组织能力、自护能力等5个维度的差异。结果 干预组护士领导力在5个维度均显著高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(p﹤0.05)。结论 基于峰值体验的管理模式可改善新入职护士领导力的培训效果,增强护士工作能动性,提升护理服务能力和化解护患分歧的能力,有利于提高护理水平,保障患者安全。Objective To observe the application and effect of peak experience management model in the training of new nurses, and to provide reference for clinical nursing teaching and nursing management. Methods According to the time of admission, the newly recruited nurses were selected as the research objects. 63 nurses who joined the hospital in 2019 were selected as the observation group, and the traditional training model was used;72 nurses who joined the hospital in 2020 were selected as the intervention group, and the traditional + peak-based experience management model was used for training. The nurses’ leadership skills, including interpersonal skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, planning and organization skills, and self-care skills, were compared between the two groups after one year of work. Results The nurses’ leadership in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the observation group in the five dimensions, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion The management model based on peak experience can improve the training effect of new nurses’ leadership, enhance nurses’ work initiative, improve the ability of nursing service and resolve differences between nurses and patients, which is conducive to improving the nursing ability and ensuring the safety of patients.
