摘　　要：加强高校干部教育培训具有重要时代意义。目前,高校干部教育培训工作仍然存在着重视程度不够、培训内容针对性不强、组织培训缺乏整体规划性及培训效果评价机制不健全等问题,应该从坚持培训目标的根本性、提升培训内容的针对性、探索培训模式的创新性、突出教育培训的规划性、评估培训评价的科学性等方面开展工作,全方位提升新时代高校干部教育培训的实效性。It is of great significance to strengthen the education and training of cadres in colleges and universities.At present,there are still problems in the education and training of cadres in colleges and universities,such as insufficient attention,lack of targeted training content,lack of overall planning for organizing training,and imperfect evaluation mechanism for training effects.So,in order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of education and training for college cadres in the new era,it is necessary to explore the innovation of training models,as well as the scientific nature of training evaluation,and highlight the planning of education and training.
