从思政课程到课程思政——论大思政格局下高校协同育人格局

摘　　要：思政课程到课程思政的变化体现在时间、内涵、性质等多个维度上。这是高校思政课程改革深入到一定阶段的必然结果,体现了党和国家、教育领域等对高校思政课程改革的普遍共识,即思政课程不能单打独斗,而必须充分联合其他专业课程,高瞻远瞩、开拓视野,构建“大思政”协同育人格局。思政课程与课程思政的协同根源在于它们共同服务于立德树人这个目标,基础在于思政课程需要课程思政补充、课程思政需要思政课程引领,具体协同应做到:聚焦共识,树立同向同行的协同理念;完善制度,构建协同育人的保障机制;加强合作,打造协同育人的师资队伍;科学统筹,构建协同育人的课程体系。From ideological and political curriculum to ideological and political curriculum,the changes are reflected in many dimensions,such as time,connotation,nature and so on.This is the inevitable result of the ideological and Political Curriculum Reform in Colleges and universities going deep into a certain stage,which reflects the general consensus of the party,the state and the field of education on the ideological and Political Curriculum Reform in Colleges and universities,that is,the ideological and political curriculum can not fight alone,but must fully cooperate with other professional courses,have a long-term vision,open up horizons,and build a collaborative education pattern of“great ideological and political”.The synergy between Ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political education is rooted in their common service to the goal of Building Morality and cultivating people.The basis is that ideological and political courses need ideological and political supplement and curriculum ideological and political education needs ideological and political curriculum guidance.The specific synergy should be:focus on consensus and establish the concept of synergy with peers;Improve the system and build a guarantee mechanism for collaborative education;Strengthen cooperation and build a team of teachers for collaborative education;Scientifically plan as a whole and build a curriculum system of collaborative education.
