“三全育人”视域下的高校班级文化建设研究

摘　　要：班级文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,是高校进行教育教学的基础单元。“三全育人”与高校班级文化建设目的相互融通,内容互为表里,方法上相互借鉴,具有深刻的契合性。“三全育人”为班级文化建设提供理论价值指引,班级文化建设实践是“三全育人”在高校落地生根的育人实践。现阶段高校班级文化建设中存在育人主体缺乏有效互动、育人过程衔接不到位、育人方位有机联动不足等问题。高校班级文化建设要聚焦育人力量的多元聚合,育人过程的多维贯通,育人方位的有机拓展,进而全面推动高校班级文化内涵式创新性发展。Class culture is an important part of campus culture and the basic unit of education and teaching in colleges.“Three complete education”provides theoretical value guidance for the construction of class culture in Colleges and universities.The practice of class culture construction is the educational practice of“three complete education”taking root in colleges and universities.There are some problems,such as the lack of comprehensive educational subjects and the lack of effective connection between classes.The construction of class culture in the new era should focus on the multiple aggregation of educational forces,the multi-dimensional connection of educational process,and the organic expansion of educational orientation,so as to promote the connotative and innovative development of college class culture.
