先秦儒家思想的社会治理价值现实借鉴研究

摘　　要：先秦儒家思想博大精深,蕴含丰富的社会治理价值,具体表现在:在德主刑辅中构建社会治理的制度基础,将安居乐业作为民生的物质基础,引导仁者爱人成为社会治理的伦理基础,以和为贵作为破解社会矛盾的思想基础,在齐之以礼过程中夯实社会治理的社会基础。这些思想发挥传统文化的优势,对当前社会治理具有重要现实意义,并提供启示:推进社会治理现代化需将以德治国和依法治国相结合,物质上保障和改善民生,以社会主义核心价值观引领社会治理,树立“和而不同”的社会治理发展理念,并高度重视德育建设。Pre Qin Confucianism is broad and profound,and contains rich social governance value,namely,building the institutional basis of social governance in virtue as the main and punishment as the auxiliary,taking living and working in peace and contentment as the material basis of people’s livelihood,guiding benevolent people to love as the ethical basis of social governance,taking peace as the most precious as the ideological basis for solving social contradictions,and consolidating the social foundation of social governance in the process of Qi and Li.Giving full play to the advantages of traditional culture,these thoughts have important practical significance and Enlightenment for current social governance.To promote the modernization of social governance,we need to combine the rule of virtue with the rule of law,materially ensure and improve people’s livelihood,guide social governance with socialist core values,establish the development concept of“harmony but difference”social governance,and attach great importance to the construction of moral education.
