摘　　要：在地域特征鲜明而经济技术欠发达的国家(地区)进行建筑实践活动,首先运用恰当的建筑语言使建筑具有认同感和归属感,其次采用合理的技术手段解决运行大型公共建筑所面临的资金和技术双重挑战。本项目借鉴老挝传统建筑的建造特点和建筑语素,以地域性设计、被动节能设计为核心出发点,将老挝传统文化的内涵与现代建筑相结合,建造满足使用舒适度要求的本土化建筑,实现低碳运行、管理便捷的目标。The architectural practice activities are conducted in countries(regions)with distinctive regional characteristics and underdeveloped economy and technology.First,appropriate architectural language is used to make the building have a sense of identity and belonging,and secondly,reasonable technical means are used to solve the financial and technical challenges faced by the operation of large-scale public buildings.This project draws on the construction characteristics and architectural language of traditional buildings in Laos,takes regional design and passive energy-saving design as the core starting point,combines the traditional cultural connotation of Laos with modern architecture,and builds localized buildings that meet the requirements of comfort in use,so as to achieve the goal of low-carbon operation and convenient management.
