摘　　要：专用夹具是为了将工件快速、准确地定位以及适合的支撑、维持,使在同一夹具上生产的所有工件固定在特定的范围内,保证产品的精密性和互换性。从专用夹具的概念和功能出发,对现有宝石测量头装夹方式、夹具工作原理及缺点进行分析,并在此基础上对新型光纤激光机应用于宝石测量头加工的工装夹具设计基本原则、设计思路、主要零件与装配、工作原理以及应用成效进行详细阐述,为激光机加工宝石测量头提供专用夹具可借鉴的范式。Special fixture is for the workpiece fast and accurate positioning and suitable support maintenance,so that all the workpiece produced on the same fixture are fixed in a specific range,to ensure the precision and interchangeability of the product.This paper starts from the concept and function of special fixture,to the existing gem measuring head clamping method fixture working principle and faults were analyzed,and on this basis,the application of new type of optical fiber laser machine design of basic principles of the gem measuring head processing design.The major parts and assembly work principle and application result,has carried on the detailed elaboration,for laser processing special fixture can be drawn lessons from for the measuring head’s unique paradigm.
