摘  要:无缝线路在服役过程中其固定区普遍存在温度力积聚现象,因此在温度剧变时可能发生断轨现象进而产生断轨力和墩台断轨附加力。为探讨断轨力及断轨附加力的合理取值方法,建立考虑活动支座摩阻力的线路-桥梁-墩台一体化的空间有限元模型,并对基于两种不同断轨力取值方法的模型结果与规范值进行对比。研究表明,断轨发生后,在断轨位置处的钢轨温度力变为零,而同线路另一侧相同位置处的钢轨温度力会明显增大。此外,通过对比分析得出,规范中关于断轨力的取值过于保守,考虑传力路径中能量损耗后的计算结果明显小于静力计算结果,因此断轨力从能量耗散角度取值指导桥梁设计更为经济。During the service process of the continuously welded rail track, general accumulation of temperature forces usually occurs in the fixed area, causing rail break especially when the temperature changes drastically, and rail-breaking force and the additional force of the pier and abutment rail breaking may occur. This paper establishes a spatial finite element model of the“track-bridge-pier” system considering the friction resistance of the movable support, and then the reasonable values of the additional force of the pier and abutment rail breaking are obtained by comparing the model results with the code values based on two different methods of determining rail-breaking force. Studies show that the temperature force of the rail at the position of the rail becomes zero after rail breaks, while the temperature force of the rail at the same position on the other side of the line will increase significantly. In addition, the value of the rail-breaking force in the code is very conservative. The calculation result after considering the energy loss in the force transmission path is significantly smaller than the static calculation result, which indicates that the rail-breaking force should be taken with the energy dissipation methodology in bridge design from the perspective of economy.
