摘 要:目的 通过建立院内会诊全流程闭环管理机制,简化会诊操作,加强会诊监管,改善会诊质量。方法引入闭环管理思想,梳理从会诊排班到会诊评价的完整流程,设计院内会诊全流程闭环管理。结果 实现了院内会诊全流程闭环管理,解决了会诊操作繁琐、监管困难、质量低下的问题。结论 该会诊闭环不仅覆盖了院内会诊的全部业务流程,而且有效减轻了临床工作量,能持续提高会诊质量和医疗水准。Objective By establishing a closed-loop management mechanism for the whole process of inhospital consultations,the consultation operations are simplified,consultation supervision is strengthened,and consultation quality is improved.Methods The idea of closed-loop management was introduced to sort out the whole process from consultation scheduling to consultation evaluation,and the closed-loop management of the whole process of consultation in the hospital was designed.Results It has realized the closed-loop management of the whole process of in-hospital consultation,and solved the problems of cumbersome operation,difficult supervision and low quality of consultation.Conclusion The closedloop consultation not only covers the entire business process of in-hospital consultation,but also effectively reduces the clinical workload and continuously improves the quality of consultation and medical standards.
