摘 要:目的 缩短患者在院就诊停留时间,让患者拥有连续、便捷、智慧、高效、安全的就医体验。方法通过问卷调查等方式了解患者就医过程中的“堵点、痛点、难点”,利用互联网、大数据、人工智能等技术构建医院智慧云导诊平台。结果 平台建成使用后,日均接入终端达到2 500余个,门诊就诊停留时间超过2小时的比例较之前减少14.54%。结论 本平台的构建与应用能够在一定程度上解决门诊患者在院停留时间过长的问题,可为三级综合性医院门诊就医模式的数字化转型提供参考。Objective To shorten the stay time of patients in hospital,so that patients will have a continuous,convenient,intelligent,efficient and safe medical experience.Methods In this paper,research methods of data analysis,questionnaire and expert interview were used to explore the impediments and difficulties in the process chain of patients'medical treatment.New technologies such as the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence were used to provide innovative solutions.Result After the platform was established and put into use in the hospital,the average daily access terminals reached more than 2,500,and the proportion of the outpatient visits for more than 2 hours decreased by 14.54%compared with the previous period.Conclusion The construction and application of this platform can,to a certain extent,solve the long-stay problem of outpatients,and provide reference for digital transformation of outpatient medical treatment mode in tertiary general hospitals.
