中国特色纪检监察学范畴体系的建构与展开

摘　　要：中国特色纪检监察学的知识建制和社会建制已初步形成,但范畴体系的建构还比较薄弱,亟待深入研究。纪检监察权力以其明确性、涵盖性与逻辑性成为纪检监察学的基石范畴,对纪检监察权力的主体、客体、手段、依据、价值这几个方面进行归类,可得出纪检监察主体、党风廉政建设和反腐败、纪检监察行为、纪检监察规范体系、清廉中国等基本范畴。这些基本范畴包含着具体而丰富的内涵,形成了具有自主性的中国特色纪检监察学话语体系,对进一步完善党和国家监督体系的理论与实践意义重大。The organizational knowledge construction and social construction for discipline inspection and supervision science with Chinese characteristics has basically taken its initial shape,yet it remains weak in its categorical construction,which calls for further studies.Discipline inspection and supervision power,with its clear definition,broad coverage and logic quality,has laid the foundation for discipline inspection and supervision science;assortment of the subject,object,means,basis and value for discipline inspection and supervision yields the discovery of the basic categories of discipline inspection subjects,Party working style and anti-corruption,discipline inspection behavior,discipline inspection regulation system and clean China,etc.These categories are concrete and rich in connotations,forming the self-sufficing discipline inspection discourse system with Chinese characteristics,thus theoretically and practically significant for further perfection of the Party and the state’s discipline inspection system.
