摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁障碍(MDD)患者血浆Beclin 1水平与临床症状的关系。方法:41例MDD患者(病例组)及47名健康者对照者(对照组)纳入研究;收集入组者一般人口学及临床资料;采用ELISA方法检测两组血浆Beclin 1水平;采用17项汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评定MDD患者的抑郁症状;比较两组间及两组性别间血浆Beclin 1水平,分析病例组患者不同人口学资料对血浆Beclin 1水平的影响及血浆Beclin 1水平及其与HAMD评分相关性。结果:血浆Beclin 1水平病例组[(0.61±0.24)ng/ml]和对照组[(0.61±0.24)ng/ml]比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.27,P=0.20);两组男性间及女性间比较血浆Beclin 1水平差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.49,P=0.62;Z=-1.11,P=0.27);MDD患者性别、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、总病程对血浆Beclin 1水平无明显影响;血浆Beclin 1水平与HAMD评分无相关。结论:血浆Beclin 1水平与MDD无相关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma Beclin 1 level and clinical symptoms in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).Method:41 MDD patients(case group)and 47 healthy controls(control group)were included in the study;the general demographic and clinical data of the participants were collected;the levels of Beclin 1 in plasma were detected by ELISA;the 17 item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)was used to assess the depressive symptoms of MDD patients;the plasma Beclin 1 levels were compared between the two groups and between the two groups of genders,and the effects of different demographic data on the plasma Beclin 1 levels and the correlation between the plasma Beclin 1 levels and HAMD scores were analyzed in the case group.Results:There was no significant difference in plasma Beclin 1 level between the case group[(0.61±0.24)ng/ml]and the control group[(0.61±0.24)ng/ml](Z=-1.27,P=0.20).There was no significant difference in plasma Beclin 1 levels between male and female groups(Z=-0.49,P=0.62;Z=-1.11,P=0.27).Gender,age,body mass index(BMI),and total course of disease in the MDD patients had no significant effect on plasma levels.There was no correlation between plasma Beclin 1 level and HAMD score.Conclusion:Plasma Beclin 1 levels are not associated with MDD.
