摘　　要：通过梳理近年来国家和地方政府出台的城市停车建设管理相关政策,并从管理体制、规划管控、政策体系和新技术手段应用等方面分析现状停车建设管理中存在的主要问题以及问题的成因,同时从管理体制、法规政策、新技术和新模式等方面借鉴了国内外典型城市在停车建设和管理上制定和采取的一系列对策,从而对加强和改进我国城市停车建设管理提出政策建议.Through sorting out the relevant policies of urban parking construction management issued by the state and local governments in recent years,this paper analyzed the main problems existing in the current parking construction management and the causes of the problems from the aspects of management system,planning control,policy system and application of new technologies.At the same time,a series of countermeasures in parking construction and management in typical cities are borrowed from the management system,laws and regulations,new technologies and new models,so as to provide policy recommendations for strengthening and improving the management of urban parking construction in China.
