沙棘果汁对体外培养的阴道毛滴虫作用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探明沙棘果汁对体外培养的阴道毛滴虫杀灭效果及作用部位。方法通过甲苯胺蓝作为指示剂,测定不同成熟度及不同浓度的沙棘果汁对体外培养的阴道毛滴虫的杀灭效果,并通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察其作用部位。结果成熟沙棘的果汁对阴道毛滴虫杀灭效果较未成熟的好,浓度高的杀灭效果较浓度低的杀灭时间短。电镜图像显示,沙棘果汁可破坏阴道毛滴虫虫体表面细胞膜结构。结论高浓度的成熟沙棘果汁在体外可通过破坏阴道毛滴虫表面细胞膜结构从而达到短时杀灭虫体的效果。Objective To detected the effect and the site of action of Hippophae rhamnoides judice on Trichomonas vaginalis cultured in vitro.Methods By using toluidine blue as indicator to determine the killing effect of Hippophae rhamnoides judice with different maturity and concentration on Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro,and by using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy image,trichomonas vaginalis surface and internal membrane change was observed.Results Mature Hippophae rhamnoides juice had better killing effect on Trichomonas vaginalis than immature fruit juice,and the killing effect of high concentration was superior than that of low concentration.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)images showed that Hippophae rhamnoides juice could destroy the surface membrane structure of Trichomonas vaginalis.Conclusion High concentration of mature Hippophae rhamnoides juice can destroy the surface membrane structure of Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro and achieve the effect in a short time.
