摘 要:在国民经济高速发展的环境下,企业的快速发展不断地满足国民生活生产的需求,同时也产生了大量的生产废水,如处理不当将会对区域生态环境造成不可逆转的危害。企业生产废水具有成分复杂、处理难度大、污染严重等特点,且不同行业的企业废水类型千变万化。即便是同类型的行业,由于企业车间生产工艺的异同、技术的差异及企业管理理念的不同等,都会导致其产生的废水污染物浓度、种类不尽相同。企业生产废水的这些特点增加了废水处理的难度,本文根据实际工程案例,着重于分析厌氧内循环反应器(IC)在生物发酵废水处理中的运行控制情况,旨在为同类型或高浓度废水中厌氧内循环反应器(IC)设计及选用提供参考。In the context of the rapid development of national economy,the rapid development of enterprises continues to meet the needs of national life and production,but also produces a large number of production wastewater,if not properly treated will cause irreversible harm to the regional ecological environment.The waste water produced by enterprises has the characteristics of complex components,difficult treatment and serious pollution,and the types of waste water from enterprises in different industries are ever-changing.Even for the same type of industry,due to the similarities and differences of workshop production processes,technological differences and different enterprise management concepts,etc.,will lead to the different concentrations and types of wastewater pollutants produced.These characteristics of enterprise production wastewater increased the difficulty of wastewater treatment,according to the practical engineering case,this paper focuses on the analysis of the anaerobic inner loop reactor(IC)operation control in the fermentation wastewater treatment situation,for the same type or circulate in anaerobic reactor in wastewater with high concentration(IC)design,and to provide the reference.
